  • We have a free first-come-first-serve parking lot behind our building. There is a small incline you will drive over in order to drive behind our building.
  • There are a limited number of handicap spots near the top of the ramp.
  • The city lot right next door offers affordable hourly rates.
  • We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time during the week, 45 minutes on the weekend, to allow yourself time to find parking and locate which vessel your trip is on.
  • We highly recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time! This will ensure your spot on the cruise.
  • Taxes & fees extra
  • Boat ride & meal included in ticket price, all beverages available for additional purchase at the bar.
  • Please have your QR code ready either on your smart phone or printed when boarding.
  • We try to accommodate guests with food sensitivities as best as we can. Most entrees & sides are gluten-friendly and dairy-friendly. Many of the foods are prepared fresh in our kitchens from raw ingredients. We cannot guarantee that cross-contact with allergens and gluten-containing products will not occur during preparation. Customers with allergies should exercise judgment in regard to their individual needs.
  • For public cruises, if you need a vegan/vegetarian entrée, please select the box when booking online or mention it to the representative when purchasing tickets via phone.
  • No outside food or beverage allowed on board.
  • We do need 30 tickets sold in order for a cruise to depart. If 30 people are not signed up, cruise will be cancelled at least 24 hrs. in advance.
  • We cruise rain or shine.
  • It is all ramps down to the vessels, if you need assistance please stop by the ticket window prior to boarding.
  • Food & restrooms on 1st level, please ask our staff for beverage assistance.
  • There are a limited number of handicap spots near the top of the ramps. Handicap passengers can also be dropped off near the ticket window to await boarding or ask for assistance while their party goes to park.
  • We have a digital board near the ticket window designating what group belongs on which vessel.
